-Why choose an NCC service instead of a Taxi?

Choosing a Noleggio Con Conducente (NCC) service means opting for quality, comfort, and reliability. Compared to traditional Taxis, the NCC service offers numerous advantages:

1. Advance booking: the driver will be ready to greet you at the agreed time, without unnecessary waiting;

2. Transparent rates: no surprises when it's time to pay. The fare is agreed upon at the time of booking;

3. Tailored service: you can choose the type of vehicle, the itinerary, and the schedule based on your personal or professional needs;

4. Luxury vehicles and professional drivers ensure a comfortable and high-quality journey;

5. On-board amenities: we offer water bottles, hygienic wet wipes, and mobile device chargers to make your journey even more pleasant.

-What happens in case of a flight delay?

We constantly monitor flight status to ensure the maximum punctuality of our service. In case of a delay not reported by the client, the first 30 minutes of waiting are free. After that, a fee of €1 per minute will be charged until the passenger arrives.

-What is the cancellation policy for the booking?

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the service start are free of charge. Between 24 and 48 hours, 50% of the agreed fare will be charged. For cancellations within 24 hours of the service, a 100% charge will apply to cover management costs.

 

-Are there additional costs for stops or route changes?

Short and normal-duration stops do not incur additional costs. For extended stops or significant route changes, a supplement may apply, which will be communicated transparently by our staff.
